Permanent makeup is a form of cosmetic tattooing. While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and understand the following:

• Individual healing, pigment retention, and final results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, medications, and aftercare. 
• Multiple sessions are often required to achieve optimal results. Your initial appointment is the first step in the process. 
• Touch-up appointments are recommended and are not included unless otherwise stated. 
• Previous cosmetic tattooing, scar tissue, oily skin, medical conditions, and certain medications may affect healed results. 
• Cosmetic tattooing is considered permanent but will naturally fade over time. Periodic color refresh appointments are recommended. 
• Strict adherence to all pre-care and aftercare instructions is essential. Failure to follow instructions may result in poor pigment retention, uneven healing, or the need for additional sessions. 
• Cosmetic tattooing is an elective cosmetic procedure and does not guarantee symmetry or perfection. Natural facial asymmetry exists in every individual. 
• Every reasonable effort is made to achieve balanced brows; however, exact symmetry cannot be guaranteed. 
• No refunds will be issued for services rendered due to personal preference, healed results, or failure to follow aftercare instructions. 
• Additional appointments required due to poor aftercare, excessive fading, skin characteristics, or lifestyle factors may incur additional fees. 
• It is the client's responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and previous cosmetic procedures before treatment. 
• Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of complications and may void any service guarantees. 
• By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge the risks associated with cosmetic tattooing, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infection, pigment migration, poor retention, scarring, and color changes over time.
